Ideal candidates will have over three years of experience with CNC routers and laser machinery, along with expertise in interpreting technical drawings and selecting materials. You ve spent the last few years getting hands-on with CNC routers and laser machinery. You know how to get the most out of the tools and tech in front of you, and you re confident working with a range of materials from aluminium and stainless steel to acrylic and polycarbonate.
You take pride in precision and getting the details right. Whether you re working independently or alongside a team, you stay organised, proactive, and focused on delivering high-quality results on time.
Your experienceYou ll need at least three years of solid experience operating CNC routers and fibre laser machines in a production or signage environment. You should be comfortable using software like VCarve, CYP Cut, SignLAB, and Smart Carve 5. A strong ability to read technical drawings and work with a range of substrates is essential.
We re looking for someone with a practical mindset, a good understanding of production processes, and a strong commitment to safe working practices.

You ll be working from production drawings, selecting appropriate materials, and producing high-quality signage components with a clean, accurate finish. Machine maintenance, housekeeping, and contributing to a safe, efficient working environment are also key parts of the role.
