Qualifications

• Experienced Quality Inspector with a track record of first article/first off inspections of CNC machined parts.
• Proficient in using precision inspection tools (micrometers, vernier calipers, CMM).
• Able to work in a small, focused quality team and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-offs and in-process inspections of CNC milled, turned and ground components.
• Ensure products meet dimensional tolerances and specifications.
• Use metrology equipment to document and report inspection results.
