CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator
Permanent Late Shift | Mon - Thurs | 2pm - 11:30pm Halifax

Are you a CNC whiz who loves precision, problem-solving, and a bit of machine-made magic?
We're on the lookout for a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator who can run HAAS Mills, DMG Mori Turn/Mills, and lathes.

What You'll Be Getting Up To:

  1. Programming and operating a mix of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines with ninja-like precision.
  2. Owning your part of the daily production plan - quality, quantity, and deadlines are your playground.
  3. Helping our client stay slick and safe by following top-notch H&S standards.
  4. Playing a key role in our continuous improvement efforts and prototype builds.
  5. Working closely with a friendly, skilled team that has your back.

Must-Haves:
  1. Proven CNC programming experience (multi-axis a big plus).
  2. Solid skills reading engineering drawings & using gauges like a pro.
  3. Team spirit, technical savvy, and a calm, can-do attitude.
  4. Apprenticeship trained or equivalent industry experience.
  5. You're the kind of person who sees a challenge and thinks, 'Bring it on!'

Bonus Points If You:
  1. Have DMG Mori experience.
  2. Like contributing ideas to improve shop-floor operations.
  3. Enjoy mentoring others and sharing your machine knowledge.
