Job Title: CNC PROGRAMMER / SETTER / OPERATOR – HyperMill Expert

We are offering a superb opportunity for a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator who is an expert in HyperMill software.

Due to an increase in orders, we now have a vacancy for this role within our well-established manufacturing organization, which boasts a steady workload and ongoing success.

Location: Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, West Bromwich, Rowley Regis, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Dudley, Telford, Blackheath, Willenhall, Wednesbury, and Wolverhampton.

• Operating, setting, and programming CNC machines (3, 4 & 5 axis)
• Using HyperMill CAM software to manufacture complex parts
• Working with various materials to tight tolerances
• Problem-solving and fine-tuning CNC operations
• Collaborating with engineers and designers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC setting, operating, and programming roles
• Proficiency in HyperMill CAM software
• Attention to detail (e.g., noticing deviations as small as 0.01mm)
• Ability to work independently on day shifts with a strong sense of ownership
• Bonus: ability to program a 5-axis mill and make tea simultaneously
