Job summary

Major Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer, Setter & Operator for our client in Brighouse. The role requires producing precision components from drawings, programming and operating Mill/Turn machines, and maintaining tight tolerances in a high-precision environment.

The ideal candidate is apprentice-trained or time-served, with live tooling CNC experience and familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak or Siemens controls.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained or time-served machinist.
• Strong background in CNC turning with live tooling.
• Experience with Fanuc, Mazak or Siemens controls.
• Ability to work from drawings with minimal supervision.
• Experience machining large components and small batch work.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail.

Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer, Setter & Operator to join our clients production team in Brighouse. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who can work independently, program from drawings and produce precision components to the highest standards.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 12:15pm
• 36.75 hours per week

Salary

• £16.00+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
