Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd in Brighouse is seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator to programme, set and operate CNC machines with Fanuc controls on a fixed 39-hour afters shift.

You will read engineering drawings, load materials, produce high-precision work and benefit from overtime pay after 10pm. The overtime rate is time-and-a-third. Expected annual earnings are around £39,351, plus 24 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.

THE DUTIES OF A CNC PROGRAMMER:

• Programme, Set and operate CNC machines / fanuc controls

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS OF A CNC OPERATOR:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background
• Excellent communication skills

THE HOURS:

You will work on a fixed afters shift: 39 hours

Monday-Wednesday 3.30pm-2am / Thursday 3.30pm -1am

THE PAY:

Pay is £17.20 per hour, with hours worked after 10:00pm paid at time and one-third (£22.93 per hour).

Regular overtime will be available, and additional hours will be paid in line with the company's overtime rates in force at the time.

Based on the current shift pattern, expected annual earnings are approximately £39,351 per year, although this may vary depending on hours worked.
