Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a CNC Programmer (GibbsCAM) in Hayes to join a growing fabrication team. The role focuses on programming and setting CNC machines to produce precise components, with training and progression opportunities and a supportive work environment.

The successful candidate will work on aerospace, jewellery and commercial parts, with a Monday-Thursday 09:00–17:00 schedule and an early Friday finish. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits.

Are you a CNC Programmer who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing fabrication company that will actively support your work life balance?

The company are a manufacturing specialist, that will supply to the retail and industrial sectors. They specialise in bespoke solutions from watches and kitchen equipment all the way to large aerospace products.

Since launching, the company has built up a large client base through their collaborative and supportive team environment, whilst prioritising customer satisfaction with quality project delivery.

The successful candidate will be working on the fabrication of specialised aerospace, jewellery and commercial parts. There will be training provided on the different machinery used.

This role would suit a CNC Programmer from a manufacturing background who is looking for an opportunity within a specialist company that can provide an excellent environment for your skillset to grow.

The role:

• Programming and setting CNC Machines
• Producing precise components to tight tolerances
• Working to the specifications from technical drawings
