Overview

CNC Programmer / Foreman – Rugby – Day Shift – £17 - £20ph (depending on experience) – Permanent Position – Immediate Start

"CNC Programmer / Foreman required immediately for our client in Rugby. The role will involve being a very hands on foreman that also helps out programming, setting and operating machinery when needs be."

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of machinists on a daily basis to make sure that production targets are met
• Supervise the setup, operation and maintenance of the machines
• Program, set and operate a variety of CNC millers and manual machines
• Allocate tasks to machinists and provide guidance when needed
• Work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment
• Full quality inspection of machined parts with hand held measuring tools

Candidate

• You will be a skilled CNC machinist that has some supervisory or team leading experience
• You will be confident leading from the front and by example
• You will be happy to get stuck in with a hands on approach
• Communication skills will be strong in both verbal and written form
