A CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator is required for an engineering and manufacturing company based in the Aston area of Birmingham. They manufacture components for the aerospace, defence, motorsport and petrochemical industries, amongst others.

You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating various CNC lathes and millers, using Fanuc controls. Your duties and responsibilities as a CNC programmer will include;

  • Programming, setting and operating on Lathes & Millers
  • Working with Mazatrol controls & Mazak machinary
  • Producing parts for the Aerospace, Defence, Motor Sport, Petrochemical, Electrical and Medical industries
  • Small batch working with mainly aluminium, stainless steel and plastic.

The hours of work for this CNC Programmer role will be permanent days, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with a 1:00pm finish on Fridays.

The role pays up to £18.00 per hour.
