Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd in Leicester is seeking an experienced CNC Production Operator for a permanent night-shift role. You will load materials into CNC machines, either by hand or with lifting equipment, and operate the machines to form metal components.

On each shift you will carry out machine checks and inspections, keep a clean and safe workspace, and help maintain production flow. The package includes 39 hours per week, a fixed Mon-Thu 19:45–06:00 schedule, and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machines.
• Experience working with metal components.
• Enthusiastic attitude and genuine interest in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Loading materials into CNC machines, manually or with lifting equipment, and operating machines.
• Carrying out inspections while machines are running and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Salary: £15.25p/hr

Monday - Thursday 19:45 - 06:00

Leicester LE7 - Permanent

We are looking for experienced CNC operators who are comfortable with manual handling and working a fixed night shift. This role is permanent from day 1 working with a secure business with strong prospects for the future.

The Job

You will be loading materials into CNC machines either by hand or using lifting equipment and operating machines.

While machines are running you will be carrying out inspections, ensuring you have a clean work area etc.
