Stirling Warrington Ltd in the Nottingham area is seeking an experienced CNC Manager to lead our precision machining operations. The role is hands-on, directing skilled teams and driving continuous improvement to meet delivery and quality targets.

Based in Ruddington, the position offers a salary of £55,000 to £67,800 per year, with a modern manufacturing facility and onsite gym. You will partner with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to deliver complex projects and develop a high-performing

Qualifications

Production Manager role in precision engineering or manufacturing.
Strong CNC machining knowledge including milling and turning.
Experience leading lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day workshop and production operations in a precision machining environment.
Drive performance against safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
Oversee CNC milling, turning and multi-axis operations.
Support new product introduction from concept to production.
Develop machining strategies, tooling choices and fixtures to improve productivity.
Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement across the department.
Manage production planning and resource allocation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Supply Chain.
Coach and develop production teams to maintain high performance.
