Job description

FINTEC recruit is seeking a CNC Production Cell Manager for a large manufacturer/precision engineering based in Dubai. This is a permanent role, salary negotiable, tax free earnings in Dubai and relocation assistance. You will have a deep understanding of CNC/CAD CAM production methodologies and quality control. Be part of a cutting edge manufacturing operation working within a global innovation hub.

Responsibilities:

• Leading on daily operations in driving production efficiency, ensuring safety and quality compliance within multiple CNC production cells
• Leading a skilled team with 100+ CNC machinists
• Tracking & analyse production data in driving continuous improvement streamline processes
• Acting as a liaison across the business, and the key person in offering advice on best practice

Skills and Experience required for the CNC Production Cell Manager role:

• HND / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in a CNC management role, within CNC and CAD/CAM environments.
• Experienced in all aspects of CNC and CAD CAM machining and online/offline programming.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and employee engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and optimise workflows.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
