Job summary

Andy File Associates Ltd is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to take on a Team Leader role in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will operate, set and programme Trumpf Trubend machinery, read engineering drawings, and supervise a small team on a 40-hour week.

The position emphasizes health and safety and reliable teamwork in a busy sheet metal environment. Salary is up to £32,739.20 per year, depending on experience, with 28 days holiday and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• CNC Press Brake experience essential.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and determine bending sequence.
• Experience setting, programming and operating CNC Press Brake machines.
• Previous sheet metal or machine operation background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team on the shop floor.
• Operate, set and programme the Trumpf Trubend press brake.
• Maintain health and safety standards and act as Fire Marshall.
• Complete job cards and ensure smooth machine shop operation.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as required.
