Job summary

Fusion People Ltd. is seeking a Press Brake Operator for a permanent role in Magherafelt. You will operate CNC press brake machinery, read and interpret engineering drawings, and contribute to production efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to plan daily workloads. A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC press brake machine to shape metal per drawings.
• Produce materials as specified in engineering drawings.
• Follow production schedule to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure all produced materials meet high quality standards.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
