Job summary

Fusion People Ltd. is seeking a Press Brake Operator for a permanent role in Magherafelt. You will operate CNC press brake machinery, read and interpret engineering drawings, and contribute to production efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to plan daily workloads. A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Magherafelt

Duration: Permanent

Pay Rate: £14.50-£18 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Operator for a permanent position based in Magherafelt.

Key Duties:

• Operating CNC Press Brake Machine to shape metal into a variety of forms
• Producing materials as detailed in Technical Engineering drawings
• Working to production schedule to maximise efficiency
• Ensure all materials produced are meeting high quality standards
• Understand and adhere to company Health and Safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable
• Forklift driving licence would be useful, although not essential.
