Job summary

Concept Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced press brake operator to join a busy manufacturing team. You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC press brakes and panel bending equipment.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday. You will also undertake offline programming, read engineering drawings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven press brake experience.
• Experience with CNC press brakes and panel bending equipment.
• Offline programming using CAD/CAM software.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate CNC press brakes.
• Offline programming using CAD/CAM software.
• Operate Salvagnini panel benders.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Select tooling and carry out first-off inspections.
• Work with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• Optimize programs to improve production efficiency.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams.
