Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join an established manufacturing business based in Havant. The role involves operating CNC machinery, reading drawings, and maintaining quality standards while following health & safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has prior CNC operating experience, familiarity with AutoCAD, and a good understanding of technical drawings. The position offers on-site work with a weekly bonus and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery and following production programmes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD/shop floor instructions.
• Experience with tight tolerances and Quality standards.
• Carrying out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
