CNC Operator (Training & Progression)
£27,000 - £36,000 + Technical Training + Progression as business grows + Premium overtime + Discretionary Bonus + Pension + Additional 5 Days Holiday after 1 year of service
Workshop based role, commutable from Newmarket, Cambridge, Mildenhall, Haverhill, Bury St Edmonds, and the surrounding areas.
Mid Shift (2pm - 10pm) - £27,000 - £32,000

Night Shift (2pm - 10pm) - £30,000 - £36,000

The role involves operating manual and CNC machinery to process steel to customer specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all production and handling activities.
The role would suit a candidate from a CNC Machining background looking to be heavily invested into to further enhance their skillset, also looking for further progression opportunities.
The Role:
*Operate manual and CNC machinery to process steel products to customer specifications and tolerances.
*Safely handle materials using forklifts, Combilifts, cranes, and perform daily equipment checks.
*Read and interpret technical drawings and orders, ensuring accurate order preparation and packaging.
*Follow all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures, reporting risks, incidents, and equipment issues.
