Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a CNC Operator / Assembler / Inspector for a local role in the Luton area within an aerospace engineering environment. You will set and run CNC machines, help with general assembly, and undertake occasional quality inspections.

The role offers a Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:30 and Friday 07:00-12:00, a salary between £30,000 and £40,000 plus benefits including half day Friday, training and progression opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC machines.
• Some inspection background preferred.
• Comfortable with repeat products in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Based locally / able to commute to Luton area.
