Job summary

Bamford Contract Services Ltd is seeking an experienced time-served CNC Operator for a Stockport-based manufacturing client on a temp-to-perm basis.

This hands-on role requires experience with CNC milling or turning machines and reading engineering drawings; pneumatics and hydraulics experience is a plus. You will work with precise measuring equipment such as micrometers and verniers to ensure quality.

Job description

Due to a significant investment in their site and an increase in business levels, our large Manufacturing client based in Stockport is looking for an experienced time served CNC Operator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a hands-on role where experience of working with pneumatics and hydraulics is a distinct advantage, experience of working on either milling or turning cnc machinery is essential.

The role will also include reading engineering drawings and working with measuring equipment ie micrometers and verniers.
