CNC Operator

Are you an experienced CNC Operative looking for a secure, full-time position in a cutting-edge facility? We’re offering a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with excellent benefits, supportive leadership, and no weekend shifts!

Shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm OR 8:00am – 4:00pm (Monday to Friday – No Weekends!)

Your Responsibilities:

Setup, operate, and maintain CNC machinery according to specs
Follow safe systems of work and report any defects
Conduct quality checks to ISO standards and adhere to SOPs
Use measuring equipment accurately (1mm tolerance)
Ensure high-quality finishes on all products
Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety in your work area
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Contribute to continuous improvement in performance and efficiency

Proven experience operating machinery
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Experience working to fine tolerances
Understanding of ISO procedures and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
