Pertemps Crawley Temps is assisting an established engineering firm in Salfords with a CNC Operator requirement. The role covers CNC milling and/or lathe work, or manual machining with training provided.

You will read engineering drawings and ensure tolerances are met, delivering reliable, precise components in a hands-on, detail-focused environment. The position is on-site, full-time, with a typical Mon–Thu 8:00am–4:45pm schedule and an early Friday finish.

Qualifications

A full-time CNC Operator position is available in Salfords, paying £14 to £16 per hour. Working Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:45pm with an early Friday finish, this temp-to-perm role suits someone with CNC milling or lathe skills. Manual machinists will also be considered, as training is provided. Your duties will involve reading engineering drawings and maintaining precise tolerances. Attention to detail and a dependable, practical attitude are essential. Based near Redhill with an established engineering firm, the salary reflects your experience level.
