Purpose

Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for a relaxed, supportive environment and a better work-life balance? You ll be responsible for running and maintaining CNC lathes, ensuring batch production runs smoothly throughout the night. You ll troubleshoot technical issues, keep machines running efficiently, and contribute to a calm, productive team environment.

Our client manufactures high-quality, large-volume components using advanced CNC machinery, including lathes and mills. As a CNC Operative, you ll work Monday to Thursday, 5PM 3AM (40 hour week) benefiting from a 3-day weekend! There is optional overtime for longer days or Fridays.

As a CNC Operator, your duties will include:

• Operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls
• Monitoring large batch production and keeping machines running
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
