People Solutions are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator to join our well-established client based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Day to Day Duties

• VMC Machinist, Programmer, setter who has experience using Heidenhain or Siemens, also to have knowledge about programming, reading and understanding drawings and models using 3-4 and 5 axis machines using One CNC.
• The candidate will be responsible for machining components to a high level of quality in accordance with our customer's specifications.

Skills needed to be a CNC Operator with our client are:

• Basic level of English
• Reliable & Punctual
• Communication Skills
• Using measuring equipment
• Programming and Setting CNC milling machines
• Knowledge of cutters to be used
• Knowledge of different materials
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Keeping machine and area tidy
• Working to tolerances
• Heidenhain or Siemens
• Using One CNC

Desirable experience needed to be a CNC Operator with our client is:

• Working in a similar role is beneficial

What training is provided?

• All training provided and additional support throughout.
