CNC Operator

The successful candidate will have following experience
  • Proven experience operating and setting 2-axis CNC lathes
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own machine setup
  • Flexibility to assist on other machines where necessary
  • A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work overtime when required
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems is desirable, though not essential
Responsibilities
  • Independently set and operate 2-axis CNC lathes with minimal supervision
  • Manufacture components to precise specifications for transmission systems
  • Adapt to different machinery as required to support production demand or cover staff absences
  • Produce high-quality parts in short and medium batch quantities
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet daily targets
