CNC Production Operative - Braintree - Up to £13ph

Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and growing manufacturing environment? We're seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join a well-established production team in Braintree.

The Role:

As a CNC Production Operative, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate CNC machines to produce components to exact specifications
2. Interpret technical drawings and job specifications
3. Perform machine setup and routine maintenance
4. Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets required standards
5. Assist with general production duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience working with CNC machinery (essential)
2. Basic programming knowledge (advantageous)
3. Familiarity with milling CNC systems is a plus
