CNC Production Operative - Braintree - Up to 13ph

Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and growing manufacturing environment? We're seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join a well-established production team in Braintree.

The Role:
As a CNC Production Operative, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce components to exact specifications

• Interpret technical drawings and job specifications

• Perform machine setup and routine maintenance

• Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets required standards

• Assist with general production duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience working with CNC machinery (essential)

• Basic programming knowledge (advantageous)

• Familiarity with milling CNC systems is a plus
