Position: CNC Operator

Location: Dungannon

Reporting to: Production Supervisor

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week

What You Will Do

Play a pivotal role within the Machine Shop Team, helping to create equipment that improves lives worldwide.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand technical plans and measurements
• Process and prepare raw steel for production
• Meet production targets and maximize efficiency
• Ensure safe movement of production parts
• Adhere to Health & Safety standards, demonstrating our Zero Harm commitment
• Work as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
• Operate a forklift or combi lift truck after training (if required)
• Perform other duties as reasonably requested

What You Will Bring

• Experience with hand plasma, CNC machinery, and stud welding
• Desirable: use of CNC plasma
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills to plan and control workload
• Ability to read technical drawings
