To use, operate and set up automated dual turret CNC machining centres in a high precision & high volume production process.
You will be situated at our world class components manufacturing site in Corwen with state-of-the-art machinery. You should have previous experience of running and setting CNC Machinery.

Auditing and Control of Consumables.
Read drawings & measure parts to drawing tolerances.
Use of Co-ordinate Measuring Machines & measuring instruments.
Knowledge of CMM measuring & SPC would be an advantage.
Make adjustments & corrections based on measurement data.
Set up & replace tooling.
Complete routine machine maintenance activities.
Loading & unloading parts from input & output conveyors.
Use of supplemental equipment including engraving, flaw detection and hydraulic pressing.
Contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement & Safe Working.
Communicate well with colleagues on alternative shifts, conduct thorough handovers and highlight issues to site management team.
