Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated CNC Operative to join our dynamic team in Bradley Business Park, England. The role requires setting and operating CNC machines, ensuring quality work, and striving for improvements within the production cell.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC machines in the company in-house machine shop.
• Setting and operating single-spindle CNC machines.
• Inspecting colleague’s and own work.
• Editing Fanuc-controlled programmes.
• Working within a team environment to achieve world-class manufacturing.
• Ensuring smooth transition between shifts.
• Striving to achieve improvement within the cell.
• Working safely in accordance with health and safety instructions.

Skills

Experience in a similar environment or industry

Ability to use engineering measuring equipment

Machine experience

Ability to read engineering drawings

Able to communicate effectively

Experience working with stainless steel and exotic materials
