Job summary

EMBS Engineering is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Technician for a permanent role in the North Nottingham area. You will operate 5-axis CNC Milling/Turning machines with Fanuc controls, reading engineering drawings to produce complex aerospace components and performing stage and final inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, strong Fanuc capability, and hands-on work with multi-axis 5-axis machines. UK resident only; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience setting and operating CNC Milling Machines
• Strong capabilties working with Fanuc controls
• Previously worked on multi-axis machines - 5-axis
• Competence using manual measuring equipment such as; verniers, micrometers, calipers
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Previous experience machining high profile / complex machined components, supplied into either the Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Defence, Medical or Petrochemical industries

Your responsibilities include:

Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:
