Qualifications

• Proven CNC Setter experience in precision engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC milling machines using CAM software and/or machine controls.
• Set up machines for production with tooling, fixtures and cutting parameters.
• Prove out programs, optimise cycle times and edit existing code.
• Read drawings and perform first-off inspections and in-process checks.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify improvements in programming, tooling and processes.
• Maintain machine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and PPE requirements.
