Job summary

Primary Flow Signal, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for milling in our in-house shop. The role involves setting up and editing NC code, operating 3- and 4-axis mills, and working with Fanuc controls to produce precise parts.

You will interpret blueprints, apply GD&T tolerances, perform first-run checks, and maintain quality, safety, and documentation. Strong independence and teamwork are valued in this busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CNC machining with focus on vertical and horizontal milling.
• Proficient in inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of setups.
• Manual G&M code programming; Fanuc experience preferred.
• Setup and inspect machined parts; ensure tolerances are met.
• Willingness to share ideas and work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Basic workplace computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce machined parts by setting up, editing NC code, and operating 3- and 4-axis mills.
• Operate Fanuc CNC controls and verify part programs.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; record keeping and traceability.
• Plan machining by interpreting blueprints and GD&T.
