Qualifications

• Proven CNC milling experience; programming essential.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/ specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Creating, editing and optimising programmes (Heidenhain & Fanuc advantageous).
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Selecting tooling, fixtures and machining methods.
• Carrying out first-off inspections to ensure tight tolerances.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
