Job Title: CNC Miller (Setter or Programmer)
Location: Aylesbury
Join an expanding precision engineering team, working on a diverse range of high-spec components using state-of-the-art CNC milling machines.

What they Offer:
Competitive Pay:
Setter: £15–£16 per hour (potentially up to £17 for strong experience)
Programmer: £18–£20 per hour
Machines: 9 CNC Mills (Fanuc, Heidenhain & Siemens controls)
Variety of 3-, 4- & 5-axis work
Plenty of overtime available (up to 10 hours weekly) at 1.3x rate

Stable hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am–1:30pm
Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays

Requirements:
Strong experience in CNC milling (setting and/or programming)
Confident working with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls
Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect own work
Programming experience (for programmer role) preferred using relevant CAM or control systems
