Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Miller / Setter / Operator for a precision engineering business in Hemel Hempstead. The role involves setting and operating HAAS CNC milling machines, across 3-, 4- and 5-axis, with exposure to Hypermill CAM software advantageous.

You will work from engineering drawings, maintain tight tolerances, and support production in a modern, air-conditioned facility with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Miller / Setter / Operator in a precision engineering environment.
• Experience with HAAS controls is advantageous.
• Exposure to 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining and setting programmes at the machine.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating HAAS CNC milling machines.
• Working across 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC Mills.
• Editing programmes at the machine when required.
• Producing precision-machined components to tight tolerances.
• Working from engineering drawings and maintaining quality.
