Job Profile:

Due to growth and reinvestment in modern CNC equipment, we are seeking experienced CNC Machinists for our Milling department. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with team members. At least 3 years of experience in CNC Milling, proficient in setting and operating 5-axis CNC machining centres.

Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating 5-axis CNC machining centres with Heidenhain controls (experience not essential)
• Producing small, complex components to exacting tolerances and quality standards
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Machining metals such as aluminium, titanium, super alloys, steels, and plastics like acetyl, PEEK, and nylon

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Proven experience in setting and operating 5-axis CNC mills, preferably with Heidenhain controls
• Essential experience in 5-axis milling

Hours of Work:

• 40 hours per week
• 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
• Overtime available, typically 5-10 hours+ per week, paid at x1.5 rate
