Job title: CNC Miller

Job type: Temp-Perm

Working hours: 7.30-4.30 Monday to Thursday, and Friday 7.00-1.00

Salary/Rate: £36,000-£42,000 depending on experience

Ristara Engineering is working in partnership with a reputable precision engineering company that is currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable CNC Miller to join their team.

The company specializes in engineering-related services including precision CNC machining, manufacture of special purpose machinery, large fabrications, architectural fabrications, sheet metal, and laser cutting services.

Due to the nature of the market our client supplies into, all candidates must be UK residents.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Set and operate CNC milling machines
• Experience with XYZ machines
• Fanuc and Heidenhain control panel experience or similar
• Experience with hand tools, machine set-ups, and adjustments
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Ability to inspect own work
• Work to tight tolerances

Qualifications and Skills:

• An Apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds qualification is desirable
