  • Commutable from Ivybridge, Plympton, Plymstock, Kingbridge, Wrangaton, Buckfastleigh, Paignton, and surrounding areas

Are you experienced with CNC Milling Machines and seeking to join a small, market-leading company with ambitious growth plans? They are looking to invest in someone eager to build on their skills and take on additional responsibilities to advance their career and grow with the business.

This family-run company manufactures bespoke products for the building industry. Due to ongoing growth, they want someone who is proactive and interested in a long-term opportunity within a friendly environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting and operating 3-axis milling machines, basic programming, and supporting other business areas such as stores. There is also a clear path to supervisory responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have CNC Mill experience and basic programming knowledge, with a desire to progress. Training will be provided to support your development.

The Role:
  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours
  • Days based
  • Setting, operating, and programming 3-axis CNC mills
  • Supervising staff
  • Supporting other business functions as needed
