Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a Precision Engineering Company in their search for CNC Miller Programmer / Setter /Operator to work in their leading facility in Aintree.

For the successful CNC Miller Programmer / Setter /Operator our client is offering:

The role - CNC Miller Programmer / Setter /Operator:

• manufacture one offs and small batch work
• working from precision drawings to create programs
• selecting tooling
• proving and finish machining many components from raw bar stock, fabrications, profiles, castings, and forgings of various grades of steel, stainless steel, and alloy steels
• using the latest CNC Vertical & Horizontal Machining centres equipped with 4th Axis & Renishaw probing
• Programming offline via One CNC – XR8 3D milling software or on the machine using Manual Guide software or via standard ISO keyboard input

What our client is looking for in a CNC Miller Programmer / Setter /Operator:

• time served (NVQ 3 or Equivalent) - Essential
• Able to fully program, set and operate Vertical Machining Centres using Fanuc Controls - Essential
• Previous experience with machining of exotic metals (super duplex, duplex, 718, x750, Hastelloy, Monel etc) - Essential
• Experience in a previous or similar position (2 years minimum) - Essential
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems - Essential
