Job summary

Right Hire Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Miller who can set, operate and programme CNC milling machines in a busy engineering environment. Mazatrol programming is preferred, though other systems will be considered.

The role involves reading engineering drawings, ensuring tight tolerances, and maintaining quality while supporting production with machine setups and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Miller with setting, operating and programming.
• Mazatrol programming experience preferred, other systems considered.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of tooling, machining processes and component inspection.
• Detail-oriented with good eye for quality.

Responsibilities

• Set, operate and programme CNC milling machines.
• Use Mazatrol or other CNC systems to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure components meet tolerances and quality standards.
• Carry out machine setups, tooling changes and adjustments.
• Inspect finished components and maintain high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support efficient production.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
