CNC Miller Programmer/Setter

An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer/Setter to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).
Salary: Up to £50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14.

About The Role:
Due to their fast-growing business, the company have a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Miller Programmer/Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-change set-ups and demanding tolerances and be able to produce components from start to finish.

This opportunity would suit someone who wants to work for a leading precision engineering business that specialises in the manufacture of small to medium sized, complex components.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Competently interpret engineering drawings.
2. Proficiently program and set at least one of the following multi axis mills: Fanuc/Heidenhain/Mazatrol.
3. Consistently produce components correctly.
4. Experience of Alpha Cam & Solid cam software would be preferrable.
5. Follow verbal instructions.
6. Follow route cards.
7. Continually evaluate your current working processes/procedures.

Schedule:

Monday to Thurs, 7.30am – 4.30pm (30mins for lunch).
Friday 7.30am – 1.30pm.
Overtime available.
