Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller Programmer to join our established team in Leatherhead. The role requires expertise in CNC programming and machining operations, focusing on producing precise components according to drawing specifications. Responsibilities:

1. Develop programs using offline software such as Alphacam and SolidWorks or similar tools.
2. Select tools, calibrate machines, and operate machining processes to produce high-precision components.
3. Maintain detailed records of programming parameters, setup procedures, and production metrics.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
5. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
6. Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T with in-depth knowledge of CNC machining.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm (flexible).
