Pay Rate: Up to 21.00 per hour.

The company:
Nuneaton based family-run business specializing in high-quality precision engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines (Fanuc control systems) to produce high-quality parts.
• Programme at the machine, with a preference for experience using ONECNC.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to specifications during machining processes.
• Conduct machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
• Work with a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Miller CNC Programmer
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and Fanuc control systems.
• Ability to programme at the machine, with preference for ONECNC knowledge.
• CAD/CAM knowledge (e.g., Edgecam, FeatureCam, Gibbs Cam) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
