Job summary

CNC Recruitment Limited is recruiting a CNC Miller (Level 2) to join a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Tewkesbury. The role involves setting and operating CNC milling machines with FANUC OI-MF controls to manufacture precision components from customer drawings.

You will inspect your work, maintain high quality workmanship, and uphold 5S housekeeping standards in a tight precision environment. Night shifts with a premium are available on a permanent basis.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Desirable aerospace component manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC milling machines using FANUC OI-MF control systems.
• Produce precision machined components to engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Carry out tool setting and offset adjustments.
• Inspect your own work in line with drawing requirements and SPC.
• Maintain a high standard of engineering workmanship.
• Ensure work area meets 5S housekeeping standards.
• Work safely and efficiently to meet production and quality targets.
