Job summary

Streamline Search Limited is recruiting an experienced CNC Milling Machinist for a specialist engineering and manufacturing business in Southampton. You will program, set up, and operate CNC mills, reading drawings and applying precise measurements.

You should have 5+ years of CNC milling experience (Hurco experience advantageous). The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexitime, overtime, and benefits such as holiday entitlement and brand workwear.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience operating CNC mills (Hurco experience advantageous).
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Our client is a specialist engineering and manufacturing business supplying precision components to various industries.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Machinist. The successful candidate will focus on milling precision components, using greatest care and professional knowhow.

Package:

• £17-£19.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
• 5x for overtime
• 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure
