We are recruiting for our client who is a leading precision engineering company in Rotherham, specialising in high-quality CNC machining. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced CNC Millers to join their skilled team. If you have experience in Fanuc controls and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!

Shift Pattern - Rotating Weeks

6.30am - 3pm - Monday - Thursday, 6.30am-2pm -Friday

2.30pm - 11pm - Monday - Thursday, 1pm-8.30pm - Friday

Available Roles

CNC Miller - Setter and Operator

As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for editing programs, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.

Role Responsibilities of a CNC Miller

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling
• Working with Fanuc controls
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Ensuring high standards of quality and precision
• Optimising machining processes for efficiency
• Performing quality checks and basic machine maintenance

Requirements of aCNC Miller

• Proven experience in CNC milling (setting, operating, and editing programs)
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Experience in a precision engineering environment
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
