As a CNC Miller, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality, bespoke precision-engineered components using cutting-edge 5-axis CNC technology. Role Responsibilities:

1. Operate and program CNC milling machines (including 5-axis) to manufacture custom parts to tight tolerances
2. Work with CAD/CAM to program and optimize production processes
3. Maintain safe and clean working conditions by complying with procedures and regulations

Required Skills:

1. Experience operating CNC milling machines
2. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
3. Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks)

Desired Skills:

1. 5-axis CNC milling experience
2. Experience with plastics or custom materials
3. Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Experience:

1. 2+ years working in a CNC milling or precision engineering environment
2. Background in manufacturing or custom component production

Salary:

1. £13-£17/h
2. 40 hour week
3. OT available

Shift Pattern:

1. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Working Location:

1. Norwich-based site
