Due to sustained growth and increased demand, our client - a well-established precision engineering company is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their skilled team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Milling Machinist looking to work in a clean, organised environment with high-spec machinery and a supportive team. The company specialises in precision components for a range of industries.

Job Duties:

  • Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
  • Working from engineering drawings to produce precision components to tight tolerances
  • Conducting quality checks using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometres, gauges)
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment in line with health and safety standards
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency in the machining department

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller, ideally in a precision engineering environment
  • Confident online programming, setting, and operating CNC mills using Heidenhain and/or Fanuc
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawing
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours & Package:

  • Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00
  • Up to GBP35,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 22 days + Bank Holidays
