With a long-standing reputation for excellence and a forward-thinking approach, our client operates across a wide range of industries including Marine, ROV, Oceanographic, Waste Management, Aerospace, and Motorsport.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Miller to join their talented team and contribute to the ongoing success of their busy workshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls
  • Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings
  • Producing precision-machined components to exacting standards
  • Ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work
  • Following health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised work area
  • Collaborating effectively with other team members and contributing to a positive workshop culture

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in programming and operating CNC mills with Heidenhain controllers
  • Ability to read, understand, and work from complex engineering drawings
  • Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Experience working in a subcontract machining environment
  • Background in producing components for specialist sectors such as aerospace, motorsport, or oceanographic engineering
